Dear Members,
On 16 September 2019, SAHPRA issued the Guideline on Liability Insurance for Clinical Trials, for comment.
This guideline document clarifies the requirements for making a submission for review or approval of a clinical trial by SAHPRA for insurance purposes.
Deadline for submission of your comments to SACRA is : 15th October 2019.
